The expected delivery times can be found directly on the article page and summarized again in the shopping cart.  If we have received your order and payment for immediately available items by 1 p.m., they can be sent the same day.

Delivery will take place in the period specified in the respective product description.  This period applies to shipping within mainland Germany.  There is no shipping to German islands.

The table below shows the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you have to add to the delivery time specified for the respective article.

If you order several items from us in the context of an order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.  In this case, the total delivery time applies to the goods shipment, which applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

The deadline for delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after the payment order has been placed with the transferring credit institution or with other payment methods on the day after the transfer or payment order has been placed by the buyer with his account-holding credit institution.

The period ends with the end of the last day, which is specified in the product description.  If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day will take the place of such a day.
